Silvia is a folkloric Art teacher who graduated from National School José María Arguedas Lima, Peru. She is also a profesional folkloric dancer who has traveled around the world participating in many international folkloric festivals including in Greece, France, Russia, Belgium and the Seoul 1988 Olympic Games Ceremony in South Korea.

Performer since age 9 next to late grandfather, renowned Peruvian musician Pedro Miguel Huamanchumo. Certified in vocal technique from the Museum of Art Of Lima and former vocal lead for mariachi and international music bands. Graduated from Valencia College in Business and Organizational Leadership (BAS) and member of the Worship Ministry at E.B.O Church.

Perla Del Castillo

Peru

Social Media Director

Perla has been a dedicated member of Raymi Dance School since 2020, helping to promote Peruvian culture in Orlando, Florida, through the art of dance. Her passion for Peruvian folklore began in her home country of Peru, where she danced for three years and performed on renowned stages such as Teatro Segura in Lima.

After moving to the United States, Perla pursued her education at the University of Central Florida, earning a degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Technological Entrepreneurship. Combining her technical skills with her love for the arts, she plays a key role in Raymi Dance School’s social media presence and designs graphics for their events, ensuring that the beauty of Peruvian traditions reaches an even wider audience.

Darwin Motato

Marketing Director

Born to Colombian parents, Darwin has been a dedicated member of Raymi Dance School since 2021, contributing both as a musician and dancer to promote Peruvian culture in Orlando, Florida. With a background in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, he also brings his expertise as a multimedia artist and graphic designer to the group. His passion for culture and music is reflected in his work, not only on stage but also behind the scenes, where he manages Raymi’s social media presence and creates visual content that highlights Peru’s rich traditions.
